The Cash Dash 5K/1K is a run/1k timed leashed dog race/fun run along scenic Sandy Beach in Heber Springs. The race will take place at 8:00 a.m. on September 28. Sponsored by First Arkansas Bank & Trust and other local businesses, the proceeds from the race will go toward the Heber Springs Humane Society. So where's the Cash? Cash is a golden retriever that was rescued from the animal shelter to become the furry face of FAB&T and the Cash Club, a kid's savings program at FAB&T. Cash will be handing out all kinds of prizes to the doggie finishers! So put on your running shoes, grab your dog or run by yourself, and participate in the 2013 Cash Dash!!
5k will cost $20 and you will get a t-shirt.
1k will cost $10 no t-shirt, but they will be available for purchase.
